Hinterlander - Ranger Tan

     Inspired by the timeless gear carried by Switzerland's elite Ski Patrol, this backpack is a modern take on the pre-war era rucksacks that were designed to fit necessities in a weather-proof rugged carry-all. In honor of the lost era of durability and functionality, we make the Hinterlander from ultra heavy duty waxed canvas and the best US vegetable tanned bridle leather. The canvas and English Bridle leather are both pre-oiled and will change color and break in with age.

     We have spent nearly a year developing this bag, carefully selecting our materials, and tweaking the Hinterlander to get it just right. We want this to be the only bag you need. Whether trekking through the wilderness, riding the metro to work, traveling first class, or riding your Le Mans motorcycle, this bag is designed to fit everything you need. We want this to be the broken in favorite you hand down to your son one day.
